These terms govern digital and design services delivered by Dahab Web under the registered trade name Golden Path Digital & Software Solutions. Starting a project or paying the agreed deposit confirms acceptance of these terms.
The quotation defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Requests outside that scope are assessed and priced separately before work begins.
Prices shown on the website are starting prices and become final only after project details are reviewed and a quotation is approved.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of supplied text, images, logos, and the rights required to use those materials.
Approval of a preview confirms its content and layout. Errors must be reported before the final file is approved.
The service includes the revision rounds stated in the quotation. Major changes or extra rounds may require additional time and cost.
Agreed file formats are delivered after required payments are completed. Editable source files are included only when stated in the quotation.
A deposit may be required before work begins. Production or publishing does not start before the payment stated in the quotation is received.
If a project is cancelled after work starts, completed work and committed expenses remain payable.
Domain, hosting, licensing, and third-party service costs are excluded unless explicitly included.
Support and maintenance periods are defined in the quotation or maintenance agreement and exclude issues caused by third-party changes or misuse.
