How long does a project take?
It depends on the type and scope of the project. Digital invitations and QR menus are usually ready within a few days, while websites and brand identities take longer depending on the details. We agree on a clear timeline with you in the quote before we start.
Can I request a design that isn't in the gallery?
Absolutely. The gallery is just examples that show our style and capabilities — it's not a limited list. Every design we make is custom-built from scratch around your idea and identity. Tell us your idea and we'll turn it into a design that's uniquely yours.
How does payment work?
We agree on the price and payments clearly before any work begins — usually a first installment on agreement and the rest on delivery. We explain every detail in the quote with no surprises.
Do you offer revisions after delivery?
Yes. Every project includes review and revision rounds during the work until you're happy with the result, and we stay available for support after delivery for any question or minor change.
Do you work with clients outside Irbid and across Jordan?
Yes. We're based in Irbid and serve clients in every governorate of Jordan. Most of the work is done remotely over WhatsApp and email, so distance is never a barrier.
Do I get the design files?
Yes, we hand over your final files ready to use once the project is complete. Let us know which formats you need and we'll provide them as part of the agreement.
What's the difference between a digital and a printed invitation?
A digital invitation is an electronic card with a private link sent via WhatsApp, including a countdown, venue location and RSVP, while a printed one is a premium paper card. We also offer a bundle combining both with the same design and identity.
How does a QR menu work, and can I update it myself?
We design an electronic menu that opens when the customer scans a QR code with their phone, showing your menu beautifully and mobile-friendly. Items and prices can be updated — we'll agree on the update method that suits your project.
